Bill Ralph of Ralph Masonary (Plattsburg, MO) completely rebuilt the chimney out of brick. A nice job indeed. Karr Roofing (Cameron, MO) completed the roof recently. Gerald sent in a crew who tore off the old roof, made some minor repairs and completed the new roof in a couple days. Nice job for sure. Bill's Home Remodeling (Pattonsburg, MO) was awarded the contract to install new siding. Bill and crew removed the old siding and will be installing our new siding, doors, shutters, window trim and window screens this week. Bill also helped us contract with another company for new gutter system. Will take another picure after the job is completed. |

Rusty Barn Company out of Oklahoma completed our new 60X80 implement barn. It is sure nice to be able to put the trailers and tractors, etc under roof. |

Finally completed siding and now have to install new doors, window trim, gutters and replace the damaged screens. The deck foundation is completed and new decking material has been ordered and should be installed sometime in January. |

So excited with the new garage finally being built. Rusty Barn Company has started construction on our new 60X40X14. Tearing the damaged garage down was a challenge and thankfully no one was injured. The new garage will be a 2 1/2 bay parking area and will house our tractor shop, wood working shop and have an open carport where dog kennels will be installed as well. Once Rusty Barn Co.completes their part of the construction, the concrete will then be poured, new wiring, insulation, heater and air conditioning will be installed. Will take a final photo once Rusty Barn Co. completes their part of the project. |
